Use of the platform

Sales Zing is a business operations platform licensed to companies for internal use. You may not resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission from Circuit World India Private Limited.

Intellectual property

All content, software and trademarks on saleszing.in are the property of Circuit World India Private Limited. You may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circuit World India Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Sales Zing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
